Job summary

AMPAM Parks Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead medium-to-large HVAC service projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets are met.

You will direct project teams, manage financial performance, and serve as the main contact for clients, subs, and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong HVAC technical knowledge, proven budgeting and leadership capabilities, and experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum, and related CM software.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of progressive experience managing HVAC service/owner-direct projects.
• Ability to manage medium-to-large project budgets ($100k–$1M+).
• Proven track record delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction methods, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of HVAC projects.
• Supervise Project Coordinators and Assistant PMs to hit schedule, budget, quality.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget per client and company standards.
• Hold regular meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain budgets, track costs, ensure profitability targets.
• Forecast cash flow and implement corrective actions.
• Lead change orders, cost recovery, and margin improvement.
• Be primary contact for general contractors, architects, engineers.
• Build strong client relationships for satisfaction and repeat business.
• Mentor staff and foster safety and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.
• Identify process improvements to delivery.
