Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years HVAC field experience (service or install).
• Proven experience leading or mentoring technicians.
• Strong organizational and operational skills (scheduling, dispatch, invoicing).
• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day leadership of the HVAC service team.
• Scheduling, dispatch, and workflow across all service calls.
• Preventative maintenance programs and demand service operations.
• Technician coaching, training, and accountability.
• Department performance, budgeting, and cost control.
• Safety standards, compliance, and field execution.
