Job summary

Cooling Unlimited, Inc. in Reading, MA seeks an hands-on HVAC leader to own the service department, lead technicians, and drive performance. This role focuses on keeping operations clean and efficient every day while mentoring the team and upholding safety standards.

You’ll manage scheduling, dispatch, maintenance programs, and KPI monitoring to ensure on-time, quality service and strong customer relationships. This is a growth-focused leadership position.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years HVAC field experience (service or install).
• Proven experience leading or mentoring technicians.
• Strong organizational and operational skills (scheduling, dispatch, invoicing).
• EPA Certification required.

What You'll Own

• Day-to-day leadership of the HVAC service team

• 4–6+ years of HVAC field experience (service or install)
• Proven experience leading or mentoring technicians
• Strong organizational and operational skills (scheduling, dispatch, invoicing)
• EPA Certification (required)
