Pay ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, with full-time year-round work and service leadership responsibilities reporting to the HVAC Service Manager and focusing on high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise the service team, coordinate technician schedules, monitor performance, and help drive efficient operations.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience in a service supervisory role.
• 2+ years of HVAC service supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of service operations and technician workflow.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising and developing the HVAC service team, including hiring and scheduling.
• Coordinate technician schedules, daily assignments, and service priorities.
• Support the Service Manager in efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor technician performance, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
• Review payroll records to ensure proper compensation for technicians.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and parts are available for scheduled jobs.
• Support dispatch to optimize technician assignments.
