Qualifications

• 2-year business degree and 7+ years related work experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret and develop financial statements and reports.
• Experience leading and supervising administrative personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises project administrators and administrative staff.
• Manage implementation and enforcement of Service Management metrics.
• Provide training on company systems and policies.
