This role is critical in aligning field operations, labor utilization, and project execution with gross profit objectives and high-quality standards for a commercial HVAC service company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day and long-term planning of service operations and project execution
• Lead staff management including scheduling, training, performance reviews, and recruiting
• Monitor and analyze financial performance reports to ensure profitability goals are met
• Direct project scheduling, billing, invoicing, and material procurement processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements in policies, systems, and training

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, service agreements, and project management
• Proven leadership experience with ability to motivate and manage teams
• Excellent planning, time management, and financial analysis skills
• Working knowledge of industry standards, codes, and service operations best practices
• Ability to manage documentation, cash flow, scheduling, and labor forecasting
• Previous experience in technical operations, dispatch coordination, or maintenance services preferred
