Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC or refrigeration service management with supervising field technicians.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for handling escalated issues.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities for multiple jobs.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards for HVACR work.
• Proficiency with service management or scheduling software and basic computer tools.
• Leadership experience coaching or developing team members in a technical environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certifications are preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in Zanesville, OH.
