Job summary

Right Now Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical in Pasco, WA is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department and drive exceptional customer service. You will oversee technicians, schedules, and service delivery with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC service operations in a managerial/leadership role.
• HVAC license preferred but not required.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment and components.
• Excellent leadership abilities and team motivation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients, team and stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and safety standards.
