Job summary

Synergy3 seeks a Service Manager to lead our residential service team in Philadelphia, directing technicians, shaping the customer experience, and driving the department’s financial results. The role features a dedicated in-house Training Lab to accelerate technician development and skill mastery.

You will own the training curriculum, lead weekly lab sessions, and build a structured onboarding and career ladder while partnering with OEMs for cert trainings and ensuring safety and quality across

Qualifications

• 7+ years residential HVAC service experience.
• 3+ years leading a team of technicians in a service role.
• Passion for training and developing people.
• NATE certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days).
• EPA 608 Universal certification.
• Proficient with ServiceTitan or similar FSM platform.
• Strong knowledge of NJ residential code.
• Valid NJ driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the residential service department day-to-day.
• Coach and develop the service tech team.
• Optimize dispatch and route density with the team.
• Own quality control through field audits and lab reviews.
• Drive the service P&L and KPI targets.
• Manage customer escalations and uphold the Synergy3 experience.
• Partner with Sales and Install managers to align handoffs.
• Maintain a safety-first culture with documented protocols.
