Synergy3 Home Solutions is seeking an HVAC Service Technician in Philadelphia. You will diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, and directly own the customer experience on every call.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required.
• Hands-on HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
• Strong customer service instincts; explain repairs clearly to homeowners.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• NATE certification and additional training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Run preventive maintenance to extend system life and reduce callbacks.
• Own the customer experience on every call and represent the company at the customer's door.
• Aim for five-star reviews; quality work is recognized and rewarded.
