Qualifications

• Residential HVAC and refrigeration experience required.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop service technicians.
• Provide technical support and training to the team.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and safety discussions.
• Work closely with dispatch to ensure proper scheduling based on technician skill level.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and manufacturers.
• Oversee inventory, equipment, and company resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Review invoices, reports, and operational documentation.
