Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential HVAC experience
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Strong technical HVAC knowledge
- Experience coaching and developing technicians

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Professional attitude and commitment to excellence
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of HVAC installers
- Drive installation quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Coach, mentor, and train team members
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance discussions
- Partner with dispatch and operations to maximize efficiency
- Manage inventory, equipment, and company resources
- Maintain relationships with vendors and manufacturers
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Help recruit, hire, and retain top talent
- Build a positive, high-performing team culture
