Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals is hiring Service Technicians at all levels from Entry to Senior. You will coordinate the delivery, installation, and servicing of our rental equipment and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a DOT medical and drug test, and a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR. We offer overtime, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC cert preferred for higher levels.
• 0–5 years experience welcomed; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test; valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Background check required prior to employment; strong customer service focus.
• Proficiency with Office; familiarity with MRP or rental software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery, installation and servicing of rental equipment.
• Process orders from sales or branch manager to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences to foster repeat business.
• Install heating equipment to gas sources and set up temporary ductwork.
• Utilize PPE and fall protection; maintain safety standards.
• Startup equipment and perform repairs; retrieve gear after rental.
• Recondition equipment per work instructions and store properly.
• Senior technicians may clean, troubleshoot, and repair air‑cooled chillers and HVAC gear.
