Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise HVAC service technicians.
- Schedule daily service operations to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor performance and quality of work.
- Provide technical support and diagnose HVAC issues.
- Conduct ride-alongs and training.
- Ensure safety and local code compliance.
- Review work orders for accuracy.
- Address customer concerns and escalations.
- Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and installation teams.
- Track department KPIs including revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding of new technicians.
