Qualifications

• Associates degree, technical focus preferred.
• At least 3 years’ service management experience in HVAC, facilities, or energy services.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Project management, scheduling, and asset management.
• Management of costs, billings, and collections; maintain profitability.
• Evaluate contractual scope of work and analyze financial reports.
• Perform cost estimates and support sales on proposals and negotiations.
• Manage and mitigate financial risks.
