Kelso Building Services is seeking an HVAC Branch Manager to lead our service operations in Phoenix. You will manage a team of HVAC service technicians, oversee daily scheduling, and collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 10+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience in the commercial and/or industrial sectors.
• Experience managing projects and leading small teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Desire to grow into a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of HVAC service technicians.
• Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring your team.
• Oversee daily service operations and scheduling.
• Assist with P&L and other financial responsibilities.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with project planning, resource allocation, and job costing.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
• Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor KPIs and help implement process improvements.
