Job summary

Kelso Building Services in Phoenix seeks an experienced HVAC Solutions Consultant to partner with commercial customers, identify facility challenges, and recommend optimized HVAC service, maintenance, retrofit, and replacement solutions.

You will build relationships with facility managers and key decision-makers, learn goals and budgets, and present financially clear, energy-efficient proposals that support long-term reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial HVAC sales or related consultative role.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, maintenance programs, building automation systems, and energy-efficiency solutions.
• Strong ability to assess customer needs and develop value-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Trusted Advisor to commercial clients.
• Develop relationships with facility managers and key decision-makers.
• Learn customer goals, budgets, and facility requirements.
• Provide guidance on HVAC equipment, maintenance strategies, energy efficiency, and upgrades.
• Generate new business through prospecting and referrals.
• Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.
