Kelso Building Services is seeking a driven HVAC Sales Specialist to grow our commercial customer portfolio. You will connect with facility managers, business owners, and property professionals to identify HVAC needs, propose solutions, and support projects from initial conversations through completion.

You will drive new business, manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, and collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in HVAC sales or related field.
• Understanding of commercial HVAC systems and building systems.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage commercial customers within the assigned territory.
• Build a steady flow of opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Develop customized service agreements and project proposals.
• Present solutions clearly while addressing questions and concerns.
• Work with installation/service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
