Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership in a service or technical environment.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience driving revenue and technician success is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and empower technicians to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Conduct field visits and support on complex jobs.
• Lead weekly service meetings and align department goals.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure safety, process adherence, and proper documentation.
