Southern Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead operations for our residential division. You will drive profitability, schedule work, manage budgets, supervise technicians, and ensure safe, high‑quality workmanship across sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC service, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license; ServiceTitan experience is a plus. Availability for evenings/weekends and travel between locations is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on HVAC service experience.
• Knowledge of gas piping, electricity, plumbing, and airflow.
• Proven supervision, with strong communication and math skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic approach with focus on quality work.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and customer satisfaction through revenue growth and service excellence.
• Evaluate and schedule work to optimize manpower and efficiency.
• Develop and oversee departmental budgets to meet financial goals.
• Oversee materials and equipment availability for scheduled jobs.
• Coordinate dispatch and ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Guide crews on proper material use and ensure quality workmanship.
• Review payroll and authorize technician compensation.
