Horizon Services seeks an experienced HVAC Service Manager for our Audubon, PA location. You will lead 15+ technicians and dispatch staff, coordinate service and repairs, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

The role requires a strong track record in the residential HVAC field, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to manage schedules, planning, and logistics to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the HVAC residential industry
• 3+ years in service management within the industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and customer interfacing

Responsibilities

• Directly manages Service and Dispatch staff including interviewing, hiring and training
• Coordinate team activities to achieve goals and maintain high standards
• Interface with other departments to ensure smooth operations and superior customer service
