Qualifications

• Organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with HVAC service software and business tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Department to meet customer service standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate technicians and staff.
• Manage scheduling, workflows, and on-time project completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes.
• Support job estimation, pricing, and profitability.
• Monitor department performance and budget adherence.
