Job summary

Swan Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead the Service Department, coach technicians, and drive service performance. You’ll oversee scheduling, quality control, safety, and customer satisfaction while supporting growth in Loveland/Colorado markets.

The ideal candidate has hands-on HVAC expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of improving service metrics and profitability. A customer-first mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and safety rules.
• Proven coaching and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient with HVAC service software and business tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians.
• Manage service scheduling, assignments, and workflows.
• Ensure work meets safety and company standards; maintain quality.
• Oversee budgeting, parts inventory, and job profitability.
• Foster customer relationships and resolve escalations promptly.
