Formación

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC training preferred.
• 5+ years in HVAC services with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of HVAC systems, safety standards, and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of HVAC technicians to achieve service excellence.
• Coordinate and manage daily service schedules, optimizing technician productivity.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and manage the service department budget, focusing on cost control and profitability.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements and advanced HVAC technologies.
