Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in residential HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Capable of coaching and developing technicians.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue, efficiency, and quality goals.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of HVAC Technicians.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive division performance through goal setting, reporting, and team development.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase service, maintenance, and replacement opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and customer service to optimize scheduling.
• Improve efficiency through route optimization and workflow improvements.
• Serve as the expert for residential HVAC systems, installations, and service.
• Stay current with HVAC codes, EPA regulations, and new technologies.
• Ensure top-tier service quality, system performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and technical expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of HVAC Technicians
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Drive division performance through goal setting, reporting, and team development
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase service, maintenance, and replacement opportunities
• Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to optimize scheduling and communication
• Improve efficiency through route optimization, workflow improvements, and technician performance tracking
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for residential HVAC systems, installations, and service
• Stay current with HVAC codes, regulations (EPA, local/state), and emerging technologies
• Ensure top‑tier service quality, system performance, and customer satisfaction
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and technical expertise

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in residential HVAC
• Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems (installation, maintenance, diagnostics)
• Ability to inspire, coach, and develop technicians at all skill levels

Compensation & Details:

• Pay: $100,000 – $125,000 annually (plus performance‑based bonuses)
• Job Type: Full‑Time
