Just In Time Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a proven leader to guide and develop our HVAC team, ensuring top-quality service for homes. You will coach technicians, shape processes, and drive growth while partnering with the office to meet service goals.

You bring leadership experience, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset, plus residential HVAC know-how. Expect hands-on leadership and opportunities to advance within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in coaching, training, and building a strong team.
• Strong organization and communication skills across technicians, dispatch, and customers.
• Residential HVAC experience with EPA 608 certification is a plus.
