Job description

We're looking to hire a full-time Service Manager with a background in dispatching and/or HVAC parts sales to manage our service department.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Scheduling service technicians and communicating updates to clients
2. Updating and tracking all service calls in Service Fusion
3. Ordering parts and materials, working with the field team to coordinate these activities
4. Drafting and editing service reports in coordination with accounting to create invoices
5. Conducting periodic site visits to oversee field crews for larger jobs
6. Drafting proposals

Requirements:

• Strong writing skills for proposals and reports
• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office, ProCore, Adobe Acrobat, and scheduling software
• Basic knowledge of HVAC/R systems, operations, and parts needed for repairs
