As a stealth-mode startup, we're on the lookout for an experienced MTSS leader to guide districts through the transition to our AI-powered system. Your expertise in MTSS processes, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration will be key in implementing this innovative approach.

Our groundbreaking system transforms student support by leveraging AI to identify needs, provide tailored interventions, and accelerate learning. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating districts' shift to this advanced method of fostering student success.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Crafting and executing district-wide implementation strategies to maximize the adoption of our MTSS framework.
  • Conducting dynamic professional development sessions that empower educators to embrace our solution with enthusiasm.
  • Tracking implementation progress and evaluating student performance data to ensure districts meet their objectives.
  • Collaborating with district leaders to navigate obstacles and enhance student support programs.
  • Facilitating on-site training sessions to forge strong connections with key stakeholders.

  • Creating custom solutions instead of deploying our proven, standardized framework.
  • Focusing solely on post-implementation account management rather than ensuring successful adoption.
  • Getting bogged down in administrative tasks instead of driving impactful results.
  • Working with just one district instead of implementing across multiple school systems.

Student Support Services Manager Key Responsibilities

Drive educational transformation by guiding districts to effectively implement our AI-powered MTSS framework, leading to significant improvements in student learning outcomes.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles, such as MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, or Special Education Program Administrator.
  • Proven track record of implementing MTSS frameworks across multiple districts or schools.
  • Expertise in managing intervention documentation, compliance, and progress monitoring systems.
  • Successful experience in coordinating between general education, special education, and intervention teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and coach groups of 50+ educators on intervention frameworks and systems.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects to successful completion.
  • Located in the U.S. and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
