What You'll Be Doing

The Regional Service Manager (RSM) will manage technicians and administrative staff. Effective communication is critical to developing our operational team and supporting our customers.

Compensation

Min: USD $75,000.00 / Yr.

Max: USD $95,000.00 / Yr.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and develop the administrative team
  • Achieve company goals and metrics
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Onboard dispatchers
  • Conduct annual reviews with Operations Manager approval
  • Review company reports and share insights with the team
  • Communicate needs to field teams (Dispatchers, ASM's, Operations Manager, VPs)
  • Handle callbacks escalation
  • Promote company's image and reputation
  • Manage customer relationships in the assigned area
  • Maintain and communicate weekly activity schedules
  • Plan and schedule calls efficiently
  • Meet or exceed SLA requirements
  • Manage dispatchers and ensure system adherence
  • Accountability for division performance
  • Control labor and material costs
  • Support ASM and technician development
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Consistently deliver high customer service levels

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of field HVAC experience or equivalent
  • HVAC management experience
  • Technical knowledge to support technicians and customers
  • High urgency in problem resolution
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proven success in prior roles
  • Drive for success with a positive personality
