Job summary

Nordic Temperature Control is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service operations in the Skagit County area. This full-time role focuses on driving quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction for both commercial and residential HVAC services.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep HVAC expertise, and a proven ability to manage dispatch, scheduling, and estimator activities while maintaining safety and high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC service experience required.
• Experience in leading a maintenance team or dispatch.
• Strong understanding of HVAC service operations and safety.
• Proven ability to lead a team and stay organized.
• Familiarity with estimating, job tracking, scheduling and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service department operations.
• Support and coordinate technicians, scheduling and workflow.
• Ensure quality workmanship, documentation, and consistent customer experience.
• Handle service escalations and follow-through.
• Improve processes, productivity and profitability.
• Maintain alignment between customer needs, dispatch and team capabilities.

We’re an established 20-year HVAC service provider serving Skagit County and the surrounding area with reliable commercial and residential heating and cooling solutions. Due to growth and continued demand, we’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service operations and help drive quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Position: HVAC Service Manager
Location: Skagit County Area
Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service department operations
• Support and coordinate technicians, scheduling, and workflow
• Ensure quality workmanship, strong documentation, and consistent customer experience
• Handle service escalations, communication, and follow-through
• Help improve processes, productivity, and job profitability
• Maintain alignment between customer needs, dispatch, and the team’s capabilities

Qualifications

• Prior HVAC service experience
• Prior management, lead, supervisor, or dispatch experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC service operations
• Proven ability to lead a team, stay organized, and solve problems
• Familiarity with estimating, job tracking, scheduling, and customer communication
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range $85,000-$120,000 or DOE
