Job summary

Nouveau Mechanical Services Inc is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our Atlanta service team. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering top-tier service, mentoring technicians, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in HVAC, 2+ years in supervision, EPA 608 certification, and a valid Georgia Class II contractor license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC industry experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• EPA 608 Certification required; additional NATE certification preferred
• Georgia Unrestricted Class II Contractor license (must possess)
• Strong leadership and communication skills must be demonstrated throughout
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop field technicians

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HVAC service operations, dispatching, and scheduling of field technicians
• Mentor and manage a team of HVAC service technicians to ensure quality workmanship
• Monitor service calls, job progress, and completion to ensure timely service delivery
• Maintain strong customer relationships by resolving escalated service issues and ensuring client satisfaction
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to manage parts and materials
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
• Review service reports and KPIs, and report on department performance metrics

Responsibilities: MUST POSSESS A VALID GEORGIA UNRESTRICTED CLASS II CONTRACTOR LICENSE

• Oversee daily HVAC service operations, dispatching, and scheduling of field technicians
• Manage and mentor a team of HVAC service technicians to ensure quality workmanship and professionalism
• Monitor service calls, job progress, and completion to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Maintain strong customer relationships by resolving escalated service issues and ensuring client satisfaction
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to manage parts, equipment, and materials
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
• Review service reports, track KPIs, and report on department performance metrics

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HVAC industry experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or residential HVAC systems, installation, and repair
• EPA 608 Certification required; additional NATE certification preferred
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of field technicians
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with service management software and scheduling tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
