Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC service technician experience
• 3+ years in a leadership/management role within residential HVAC or home services
• Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing technicians
• Strong technical HVAC knowledge and field credibility
• Proven track record of improving team performance and driving results
• EPA certification required; additional certifications a plus
• Comfortable in the field daily, not desk-based

Responsibilities

• Lead the residential HVAC service team focused on performance, quality, and customer experience
• Develop technicians through field coaching and accountability
• Drive service performance outcomes including revenue, margin, conversion, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and retention of high-quality technicians
• Direct daily service operations in partnership with dispatch and support teams
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
• Utilize data and reporting (ServiceTitan) to drive performance and decisions
