Qualifications

• HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems and local codes.
• EPA Certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Commitment to ongoing education including pursuing NATE certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build trust and confidently recommend solutions that fit customer needs.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• High integrity and professional accountability.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and work ethic.
• Team-oriented while pursuing individual performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance and tune-ups on systems less than 10 years old.
• Inspect equipment, identify concerns, and communicate recommendations to homeowners.
• Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and service.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand comfort concerns and identify solutions.
• Educate customers on repair options, maintenance plans, and financing opportunities.
• Meet personal performance and revenue goals while prioritizing customer needs.
• Work with dispatch, customer service, and install team to ensure a great customer experience.
• Keep the work area clean and the company vehicle well-stocked.
• Complete accurate invoices, timecards, and job notes.

What You Will Do

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance and tune-ups on systems less than 10 years old

• Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer comfort concerns and identify solutions
• Educate customers on repair options, maintenance plans, and financing opportunities
• Meet individual performance and revenue goals while always putting the customer's needs first
• Work closely with dispatch, customer service, and the install team to provide an outstanding customer experience
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and well-stocked company vehicle
• Complete accurate invoices, documentation, timecards, and job notes
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events
• Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of technicians

What We Are Looking For

• HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred
• Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems and local mechanical codes
• EPA Certification preferred or ability to obtain
• Commitment to ongoing education, including pursuing NATE certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build trust and confidently recommend solutions that fit customer needs
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
