Vertical Mechanical Group (VMG) is seeking an HVAC Service Business Development Manager to expand our commercial service base in Sterling, VA. You will cultivate relationships with building owners, property managers, and general contractors, identify opportunities, and develop solutions in collaboration with operations and estimating teams.

The role requires a proven sales track record in mechanical services, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a robust pipeline.

Formación

• 3+ years of commercial mechanical/HVAC/plumbing/controls or construction-related sales experience.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow customer relationships with owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for HVAC, plumbing, controls, repairs, replacements, and service upgrades.
• Develop project solutions with internal teams and present proposals.
• Manage the sales process with an organized pipeline and CRM tracking.
• Travel approximately 80% of the time for meetings, site visits, and networking.
