Job summary

CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems is seeking an HVAC Service Sales professional in Maryland to drive new business for the Service Department. The role emphasizes direct sales of service agreements, repairs, equipment replacements, installations, and retrofits, plus account management and client retention.

You will report to the Service Manager and work with a team to solicit, quote, and close projects while developing forecasts and maintaining client relationships throughout the lifecycle

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in commercial HVAC industry.
• Broad knowledge and understanding of all types of commercial HVAC equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and close preventive maintenance service contracts and service projects for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities
• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients
• Maintain and manage existing service client accounts that may be assigned
• Produce detailed estimates for each proposal outlining anticipated costs, labor requirements, subcontracts, and materials
• Develop proposals that clearly and professionally outline the proposed scope of work
• Develop and maintain forecasts for sales and billings
• Review all contracts, subcontracts, invoices, and purchase orders issued for all projects sold
• Research bid opportunities to identify work suited to MEC2
