Qualifications

• Prior dispatching or service coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC or mechanical service is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize service requests from customers and technicians.
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical techs based on urgency and availability.
• Maintain clear communication with customers about appointment windows and status.
• Update work orders and status in the dispatch system.
• Support after-hours emergency service coordination.
