Job summary

Cool Sunshine Heating and AC in Denver, CO is seeking an HVAC Service Dispatcher to coordinate daily schedules, answer calls, and dispatch technicians to service visits.

You will manage maintenance contracts, maintain customer data in Field Edge or Service Titan, and ensure clear communication with homeowners and techs. This is a full-time role with health insurance, PTO, and a 410(k) plan. Training hours are 10:00am-3:00pm, then 7:30am-4:00pm after training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and scheduling experience.
• HVAC or similar industry experience ideal - not required.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• CRM database experience - Field Edge or Service Titan desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls.
• Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules.
• Dispatching technicians to service calls.
• Communicating with homeowners and service techs.
• Scheduling annual maintenance.
• Documenting equipment warranties and rebates.
• Data entry and filing.
• Maintaining maintenance contract database.
• Maintain customer database with current information in Field Edge - our CRM.
• Clear and concise communications with the department managers, employees, and company customers.

Position: HVAC Service Dispatcher - Customer Service

Pay: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour + Spiffs

Work Hours: 10:00am - 3:00pm during training.

Once training is completed this position will go full time - 7:30am to 4:00pm

What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
