Coastal Elite Pro is seeking an HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate residential and light commercial HVAC and electrical service in the greater Seattle area. You will be the primary contact for incoming calls and service requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch of technicians.

Responsibilities include scheduling, updating work orders, communicating appointment details to customers and field teams, optimizing routes, and maintaining up-to-date records in dispatch systems.

• Dispatch or customer service experience preferred; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
