Opportunity Interactive is seeking an HVAC Service Dispatcher in Livermore, CA, to coordinate service calls and ensure smooth communication between technicians and customers. The role emphasizes high-quality service and strong customer satisfaction in the HVAC sector.

The dispatcher will manage dispatching, routing, and record-keeping, while maintaining professional phone etiquette and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in transportation management or dispatching roles preferred.
• Must have previous HVAC Dispatch experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

HVAC Service Dispatcher

As a Service Dispatcher here, you will play a vital role in coordinating service calls and ensuring efficient communication between our technicians and customers. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction in the HVAC industry.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $30.29 - $35.00 per hour

• Sick Leave earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked (per California requirements)
• Paid time off - 1 week in your first year, with up to 4 weeks as you grow
