FirstCall Mechanical Group LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Coordinator in Asheville, NC. The role centers on dispatching service calls, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring strong customer communication for both commercial and industrial projects.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in dispatching, HVAC experience preferred, and solid MS Office skills. A professional, team-oriented demeanor and ability to manage schedules and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in dispatching
• Experience in HVAC or service industry strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team
• Capable of remaining patient and calm when dealing with frustrated technicians or clients
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
• Microsoft Office Suite skills a MUST

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and relay calls and messages
• Speak with the customer, account managers, or technicians and create service calls as needed
• Review service work orders for spelling and correctness; rewrite as necessary
• Corrects additional billings that were missed on service work orders
• Schedule and dispatch work crew to the appropriate location according to customer requests
• Arrange for repairs by setting up time/date with the customer and coordinating with others (cranes, deliveries, technicians)
• Identify the technician best suited for the job the customer needs
