Job summary

Thermosystems in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Service Coordinator to coordinate service work with customers and manage service orders from start to finish. The role includes scheduling, tracking parts, subcontractors, startup, warranty handling, and invoicing while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in a related field (preferred) and proven service-coordination experience with MS 365 proficiency; the position pays hourly in Iowa with opportunities

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Proven experience in service coordination.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service work with internal and external customers.
• Manage service work orders from start to finish including scheduling and invoicing.
• Track parts, subcontractor management, startup and warranty management.
• Maintain excellent customer relations with responsive support.
