Job summary

You will build quotes, develop business with building owners and general contractors, and create value engineering ideas to differentiate our bids. A strong technical background in HVAC systems and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, Piping, Hydronic systems and pumps, Boiler systems and Controls.
• EPA, Equipment & Mechanical Certifications.
• Strong technical background; prior field or engineering knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with building owners and general contractors to develop business development on TI’s and Service Contracts.
• Build accurate, winning, and profitable quotes for upcoming projects.
• Create value engineering ideas and strategies to stand out from competition.
