Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an analytics professional to support HVAC Service initiatives. You will partner with leadership to develop end-to-end reporting, deliver metric outputs, and drive program enhancements across the field.

The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with PowerBI, Oracle/Siebel, and MS Office, with collaboration across departments. Travel is up to 25%+ nationwide, with safety as a core value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 5 years of work experience in an analytical position.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project) and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Experience with PowerBI, Siebel/Oracle, Hyperion, and other business management systems preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document end-to-end reporting for HVAC Initiative programs.
• Launch program enhancements and establish metrics for field use.
• Provide consistent metric outputs to track financial expectations.
• Deliver training on new analytics tools to field teams.
• Collaborate with Operations Programs Managers for aligned support.
• Gather and document metric expectations from management levels.
• Promote safety policies and ensure compliance.
• Travel 25%+ across the United States.
