Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring a Data Monitoring Agent for our Milwaukee Remote Operations Center. You will create custom reports for strategic customers, interpret data, and recommend actions to improve site operation. You’ll troubleshoot HVAC systems remotely, handle alarms, and maintain thorough documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in HVAC or related discipline or 3+ years’ experience with remote diagnostics of HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel and Power BI a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and basic programming skills; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Create custom reporting for Strategic level customers based on their requirements.
• Interpret data and provide recommendations to improve site operation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and building automation alarms from a remote center and escalate as needed.
• Prepare documentation and reporting, including metrics, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Open and close service tickets; ensure documentation is complete and clear.
