Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in BI/Analytics, strong SQL/Power BI skills, and experience with Power Platform tools. This role involves travel to WI/TX as needed and offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong data analytics foundation.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or BI.
• Proficient in SQL, Power Query, and data transformation techniques.
• Strong MS 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot).
• Experience with multiple data sources and data blending for problem solving.
• Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and publish reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Design digital solutions turning data into clear quality insights (CoPQ, PPM, audits).
• Collaborate with ERP/eQMS teams to blend data from different systems.
• Drive process improvements using Power Platform and SharePoint.
• Communicate insights with visuals and evidence to leadership for decisions.
• Manage data projects with plans, progress tracking, and stakeholder updates.
• Support data governance and data quality initiatives.
