Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of work experience in an analytical position.
• Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project) and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Proficient in working with large data sets and creating pivot tables.
• Experience with PowerBI, Siebel/Oracle, Hyperion, and other business management systems preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to travel 25% or more

Responsibilities

• Partnering directly with the HVAC Service leadership team, this role is responsible for managing analytic support tied to the HVAC Initiative programs.
• Develop and document end-to-end reporting, launch program enhancements, and create processes linked to metrics and tracking for the field and stakeholders.
• Provide consistent metric outputs to stakeholders to track financial expectations, commitments, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate across departments to meet deadlines and ensure timely, quality responses to customers both internal and external.
