Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of San Diego, CA is seeking experienced HVAC technicians with a sales focus for residential service and system replacement sales. You will present system options, financing, and upsell replacements while delivering excellent service.

This role offers the strongest compensation in the market with base salary plus commissions (up to 25% on repair sales and 10% on replacement sales), 401(k) match, employer-paid health insurance, company car, and ongoing training.

Qualifications
