Job summary

Fante's Home Services is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Technician in New Jersey to diagnose and repair residential systems, while guiding customers on upgrades and maintenance options. You will collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to optimize schedules and follow-up, delivering top-notch service and documentation.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, valid driver's license, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification is required; NATE Certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Recommend and sell system replacements, upgrades, and maintenance plans.
• Provide clear, honest communication with homeowners about system performance and options.
