• Sales-driven mindset with ability to recommend and sell new systems during service calls.
• Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly to homeowners.
• EPA certification; NATE certification is a plus.

• HVAC experience – 2+ years in residential HVAC service, repair, or sales
• Strong technical skills – Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC issues

• EPA certification (NATE certification is a plus!)
