Topline Heating & Air is seeking a motivated HVAC Service & Selling Technician who delivers top-tier service and helps homeowners make the best comfort decisions. You will educate customers on repairs, system performance, interior air quality, and replacement options while building trusted relationships.
This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, a company vehicle and fuel card, training, paid benefits, and a family-oriented culture focused on growth and teamwork.

Full-Time
Monday–Friday
Deliver outstanding customer service during every appointment
Educate homeowners on repair options, system performance, indoor air quality, and replacement opportunities

Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
